Refund & Cancellation Policy

Q. How do I apply for a service refund?
A. You can submit a ticket for a refund, for all Redemption Bookings please contact our call center 1800 233 7941/9898 33 8888 as the same cannot be done online.

Q. How long can I expect to wait for my refund to be processed?
A. In normal circumstances, a refund is processed almost immediately. However, in the case of a credit card bank transfer, it takes a minimum of 7¬†days.

Q. If a member of my family is taken ill and I no longer to take the services, am I entitled to a refund?
A. Yes If a member of the family has taken ill and the Service remains un-utilized then the refund is processed.

Q Can I make changes to my booking after I have purchased services?
A. For bookings made online on our website www.drrex.in, please call 1800 233 7941 to cancel or make the changes in your service reservation. You can also rebook or cancel your service by contacting support by sending an email to support@rex-pestcontrol.com
